You will own and activate customer data to craft and execute a comprehensive CRM strategy across email, push, and in-app channels. Your work will refine multi-channel communications and retention plans to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will help define customer lifecycles and target segments to boost CRM effectiveness, while measuring success with clear metrics and regular reporting. This is a high-growth role in a global leader shaping how audiences discover and engage with live entertainment.

• Activate customer data to develop and execute end-to-end CRM strategy across channels (email, push, in-app).
• Refine multi-channel communications and retention strategies to enhance the customer experience.
• Support CRM Manager in defining customer lifecycle, contact strategies, and target segments.
• Define success metrics for campaigns and own weekly/monthly reporting and deep-dive analyses.
Responsabilidades
• 2–3 years minimum in Digital Marketing and CRM, mobile and web environments.
• Experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Experience with ESPs (e.g., Mailchimp, Sendgrid).
• Proficient in HTML.
• Strong copywriting skills.
• Ability to develop and optimise CRM flows to drive revenue.
• Experience leveraging behavioral, lifestyle, transactional, and demographic data for insights.
• Commercially savvy, analytical, and data-driven.
• Experience in A/B testing and dynamic templates.
• Organised, proactive, and able to manage high-paced workloads. xpzdshu
