You will join a multicultural, international engineering organization responsible for building and evolving a cloud-native commerce platform running on AWS, with direct impact on business results across multiple global markets. This role is ideal for engineers who enjoy working close to the product, owning technical decisions, and scaling platforms used worldwide.
What You’ll Do
* Design, build, and scale cloud-native solutions on AWS using Node.js, TypeScript, and Python.
* Contribute to the architecture and evolution of distributed microservices-based systems.
* Work with asynchronous and event-driven systems to ensure scalability and resilience.
* Take technical ownership of key product initiatives with real business impact.
* Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and other stakeholders in a diverse, multicultural environment.
* Help define and promote best practices around code quality, system design, and engineering culture.
What We’re Looking For
* Strong experience developing backend services with Node.js and TypeScript, and/or Python.
* Solid hands-on experience with AWS and cloud-native development.
* Deep understanding of microservices architectures and distributed systems.
* Experience designing and working with asynchronous systems.
* A product-oriented mindset, focused on delivering scalable, high-quality solutions.
Nice to Have
* Experience in high-traffic or business-critical product environments.
* Familiarity with architectural and design patterns such as Hexagonal Architecture, CQRS, and Domain-Driven Design (DDD). xpzdshu
