Job Purpose
The Product Manager Third Party Ancillaries will be responsible for developing and executing strategies to increase revenue through the sales of third-party products and services. This includes establishing and managing relationships with third-party providers and ensuring these partnerships are profitable and contribute to company growth.
Main Accountabilities
* Develop and implement strategies for third-party product and service offerings to increase revenue and customer satisfaction.
* Establish and manage relationships with third-party providers, negotiating terms to align with company goals.
* Manage integration of third-party products/services into company systems, ensuring seamless customer experience.
* Analyze market trends and identify new opportunities for third-party offerings.
* Implement reporting systems to measure success and recommend improvements based on data.
* Monitor and communicate KPIs, regularly reviewing their relevance and alignment.
* Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Operations to promote and integrate third-party products.
* Build and lead a team of specialists in third-party products, providing mentorship and guidance.
Education
Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Business, Marketing, Economics, or related field.
Experience
At least 3+ years relevant experience, including 1+ year in the airline/hospitality industry, with a successful track record managing third-party products/services.
