About This Role

We are looking for a Junior Sales Operations Specialist to join our Commercial team in Madrid. At Atolls, your role will be instrumental in supporting our commercial activities, creating exceptional user experiences, and empowering consumers to make informed and confident shopping decisions. Responsibilities

* Support our cashback commercial teams for the Spanish market in their day‑to‑day activities, including implementing online offers and ensuring all marketing placements comply with commercial agreements.
* Uphold our high standards to deliver the best possible user experience to our millions of members.
* Be part of a multinational company and a multicultural team in our Madrid hub.
* Set up new offers based on the commercial team’s negotiations.
* Verify the consistency and accuracy of the offers.
* Monitor the performance of our internal processes.
* Maintain clear and open communication with different stakeholders.


Your Profile

* At least 12 months of experience (including internship) working in an affiliate marketing, sales operations, marketing, or agency role.
* A bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Media, Communication or a data‑related field.
* Fluent in spoken and written Spanish and English.
* Knowledge of G‑Suite Packages; Salesforce is a plus.
* An analytical mindset with enthusiasm for working with numbers and reports.
* Detail‑oriented and able to take pride in the quality of their work.
* Team player: you let yourself be inspired by the experience of your colleagues and inspire your team through your commitment!
