Role Overview
The Email Marketing Executive will be responsible for executing and optimizing client email marketing strategies using Klaviyo. The role involves both strategic input and hands-on implementation across multiple brands, ensuring campaign performance, client satisfaction, and compliance with company standards.
Key Responsibilities
● Create and manage email marketing campaigns using platforms such as Klaviyo for up to 7 clients.
● Build and optimize automated email flows and SMS journeys.
● Design and deploy pop-ups and lead magnets.
● Develop strategic content calendars tailored to client objectives.
● Revise work based on client feedback and internal QA processes.
● Attend and contribute to daily team meetings via video call.
● Join client calls as required by Client Managers.
● Collaborate with other consultants to ideate and test new strategies.
● Produce weekly performance reports with actionable insights.
● Maintain brand consistency and content quality across all deliverables.
● Ensure all assigned tasks are completed on time and error-free.
Requirements
● Proven experience with email marketing, particularly in Klaviyo.
● Understanding of segmentation, personalization, and A/B testing.
● Experience creating and analyzing marketing reports.
● Familiarity with SMS marketing and pop-up design tools.
● Strong content planning and calendar creation capabilities.
● High attention to detail in copywriting and QA checks.
● Experience managing feedback loops and client revisions.
