About the Role
We are looking for Senior Associates to join our Strategy Consulting Division in Madrid. You will work on high-impact, international strategy and management consulting projects, primarily within the Information and Communications Technology (ICT) sector.
Our clients include technology firms, regulatory authorities, public institutions, and more.

Main Responsibilities
As a Senior Associate, you will be responsible for:
* Handling and delivering diverse consulting projects in the technology and telecom sectors.
* Identifying key challenges and proposing structured, actionable recommendations.
* Presenting strategic insights and proposals through reports and presentations.
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships.
* Collaborating effectively with multicultural teams.
* Supporting senior team members in business development efforts and proposal writing

Profile Requirements
We are looking for candidates who meet the following criteria:
* A degree in Engineering, Business, Economics, Mathematics, or Statistics, with a GPA above 3.0 or equivalent academic performance. Postgraduate qualifications are a plus
* 3 to 4 years of experience in strategy/management/business consulting
* Strong analytical, quantitative, and problem-solving skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
* Team-oriented mindset with adaptability to dynamic environments.
* Willingness and ability to travel internationally.
* Fluent in English (minimum C1 level required).
* Proficiency in Spanish, Gulf Arabic, or other languages is a plus.
* A valid work permit for Spain is required.
