What You Will Achieve
Working with a dynamic team of procurement experts, you will negotiate contracts with suppliers for goods, services, and supplies. You will facilitate category management, purchase goods and services for ongoing operations, and manage corporate services. You will oversee sourcing requirements across all phases, including project initiation, data analysis, option development, implementation, and supplier management.
As a Manager, you will guide operational teams, plan resources, and identify areas for improvement. Your knowledge of procurement principles will help advance new concepts and methodologies. You will also lead efforts to facilitate agreements between teams.

How You Will Achieve It
* Provide leadership and manage projects, ensuring objectives are met and resources are planned effectively.
* Manage sourcing requirements through all phases, from project startup to supplier management.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams globally to develop and implement sourcing strategies.
* Build relationships with procurement colleagues and support sourcing initiatives.
* Achieve targets related to savings and working capital.
* Develop local supplier and market intelligence to create synergies.
* Align site-based plans with category strategies and manage supplier qualification and selection processes.
* Lead proposals and sourcing projects, including contract negotiations to meet price, quality, and service standards.
* Maintain communication with stakeholders and support Pfizer's diversity and inclusion objectives.
* Develop supply chain risk assessments and drive risk mitigation efforts.
* Establish metrics for supplier management and lead continuous improvement initiatives.
* Benchmark industry best practices and lead their adoption within Pfizer.
Qualifications
Must-Have :
Bachelor's Degree, 5+ years of experience, excellent communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, knowledge of project management principles.
Nice-to-Have :
Master’s degree, pharmaceutical experience, procurement systems knowledge, negotiation skills.
