JOB PURPOSE We are looking for a Controller to join our team in Barcelona to support financial reporting, budgeting, and controlling activities while ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely financial information for decision-making. RESPONSABILITIES Financial Management & Reporting Lead month-end and year-end closing processes. Ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements. Manage general ledger, reconciliations, and financial reporting systems. Deliver timely management reports and financial analysis to senior leadership. Budgeting & Forecasting Participate in the preparation of annual budgeting and periodic forecasting processes. Monitor financial performance against budget and provide variance analysis. Support strategic planning with financial modeling and scenario analysis. REQUIREMENTS Experience: Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or related field. 2-3 years of progressive finance/controlling experience. Previous experience as Controller Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and compliance. Experience with ERP/accounting systems and advanced Excel skills.
