Job Description On behalf of a fast-growing French SME, leader in the field of natural and organic cosmetic ingredients, our recruitment agency is looking for a BtoB Sales Manager to strengthen the company's presence on the Iberian and Latin America markets. Main responsibilities: You will be responsible for: Managing and developing end users in Spain, providing solutions tailored to their specific needs. Manage and stimulate the distributor network in South America by establishing long term strategic partnerships. Working with the R&D; and Marketing teams to design and promote innovative products and effective sales campaigns. Represent the company at professional events,trade fairs and conferences in order to increase its presence in the designated markets. Conducting market research to identify trends and business opportunities. Profile required: Higher education (Bac+3 to Bac+5) in chemistry or cosmetic chemistry with a strong interest in natural and organic products. Significant experience in international business development, preferably in the cosmetic ingredients sector. (production or distribution) Fluent Spanish and English required and a good level of French is a must for dealing with the parent company. Ability to work independently, strong results orientation and excellent interpersonal skills. Location and Conditions : Location: Based in Spain, close to an international airport, with preference given to candidates living in Catalonia. Contract type: Permanent contract with regular travel required. Salary: €60,000 gross per annum over 12 months with a bonus of up to 15% depending on performance.
