KAM | Key Account Manager | Fragance Industry – join Eurofragance SLU.

What’s your mission? As a Sales Account Manager you will be responsible for the commercial & operational strategies in your region. You will also be accountable for commercial performance and the operational execution ensuring sustainable financial and team growth.

Responsibilities

- Analyze specific markets and propose a plan to develop business and reach the sales targets.
- Set sales targets and develop new business opportunities in Fine Fragrances.
- Coordinate and collaborate with production to meet client expectations in terms of quality and time, actively supporting sales and operations.
- Take responsibility for existing clients and prospect potential ones in the area of responsibility.
- Work on market research, contact potential new customers and visit them.
- Maintain close interaction with internal departments, such as Creative, Fragrance Development, Marketing, Finance, Production, People & Organization.
- Present projects internally and follow up the production process to ensure on-time delivery.
- Manage pricing for the entire client portfolio; resolve client inquiries and advise on their needs.
- Monitor and manage profitability of accounts.
- Keep Management updated on regional status with short, middle and long-term business plans.

What You Need To Shine In This Role

- Degree in Business Administration and Management or Marketing.
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience in sales as a Key Account Manager for Fragrances; strong fragrance industry background required.
- Experience in managing P&L.;
- Languages: proficient in English and Spanish.
- Available for travel.
