Position Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the execution of strategic industrial projects within our operations unit. The selected candidate will be responsible for ensuring medium-term performance targets are met through the development, monitoring, and continuous improvement of project management systems. Key responsibilities include resource allocation, financial control, and client satisfaction.Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement project management systems and processes to ensure operational objectives are met.- Identify and resolve performance gaps in project execution.- Oversee the proper application of internal processes, promoting continuous improvement and operational efficiency.- Lead a multidisciplinary team, ensuring appropriate resource allocation and skill development.- Ensure timely and effective resolution of client issues, including on-site support when required.- Foster collaborative relationships with clients and suppliers at both national and international levels.- Prepare and manage project execution budgets aligned with financial targets.- Accurately estimate execution costs to assess the technical and financial viability of new opportunities.- Coordinate the collection and monitoring of key performance indicators (e.G., sales, costs, margins, deadlines).- Lead process improvement initiatives aimed at increasing efficiency and quality.- Provide regular updates to senior management on project performance, risks, opportunities, and customer satisfaction.Minimum Requirements (M/F/D):
- University degree in engineering (electrical, electronic, mechanical, computer, or similar), or equivalent experience.- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in program or project management.- At least 4 years of experience in industrial or complex technical service sectors.- Strong knowledge of operational financial management in technical service environments.- Experience with commercial contract interpretation and management.- Advanced proficiency in MS Office tools.- Proven ability to lead teams and communicate effectively with various stakeholders.- Availability to travel nationally and internationally up to 20%, sometimes on short notice.Preferred Qualifications:
