Overview
We are looking for a C&B Operations Manager to join our HR Operations Team. The C&B Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and coordinating all operational aspects within the compensation and benefits area, ensuring the smooth running of Loewe’s annual compensation and benefits processes from an operational perspective. This role also maintains Loewe’s global HR Information System (HRIS) data related to C&B to ensure accurate reporting and data quality, and collaborates with global C&B stakeholders. Together with the group, the C&B Operations Manager leads strategic global and local C&B projects.
Responsibilities
* Operational C&B Management : Lead day-to-day operational C&B activities; manage all operational aspects of Loewe’s C&B offer (maintenance of benefits plan, insurances, clothing and meal allowance with accurate employer contributions for pension and retirement plans); prepare promotion and offer letters; manage international mobilities with HR Operations, Personnel Administration Team for transfers, promotions and new joiners to / from Spain; lead in global and LVMH-driven projects including the operational responsibility for the global annual salary review process; liaise with vendors and external providers; ensure the HRIS is up-to-date with C&B information globally and collaborate with regional C&B teams to improve data accuracy; implement and maintain best practices for HRIS management within the C&B space in collaboration with the central HR Ops team.
* C&B Project Management : Analyze total compensation packages for new hires, promotions, and existing employees; conduct benchmark exercises for internal and external equity; manage group-driven projects such as participation in compensation surveys to define accurate regional salary bands.
Qualifications
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in C&B in a multinational company with international exposure.
* Ability to roll up your sleeves; strong numerical and analytical skills with a data-driven approach.
* Proactive and results-oriented with a continuous improvement mindset; attention to detail and analytical thinking.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
* Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and experience with HRIS (SuccessFactors).
* Fluent in Spanish and English.
