We're seeking a seasoned Senior Service Delivery Manager to join our team.
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
* At least 5 years of experience in the IT sector, with a proven track record in service delivery management.
* Excellent English language skills, with a proficiency level of B2/C1 or higher.
Your key responsibilities will include:
* Monitoring and controlling service delivery to ensure that systems, methodologies, and procedures are in place and followed.
* Providing expert-level support for global Workplace and Service Desk services.
* Managing ITSM tools, preferably ServiceNow, to create reports and drive business outcomes.
* Mastery of ITIL processes, including incident, request, change, problem, and capacity management.
* Experience in coordinating teams across different countries and managing major incidents.
* Effective communication with stakeholders, including explaining complex technical issues to non-technical audiences.
You'll also need:
* A strong background in management of compute systems or computer engineering.
* Regulated technical certification in ITIL, such as ITIL Foundation.
* Proactivity, teamwork, and self-motivation.
* The ability to produce high-quality documents and reports.
