OFG selects Radio network optimization engineer with GSM/LTE/NR Huawei experience.
Main Tasks:
1) Mobility strategy audit and optimization suggestion
2) LNR parameter audit and optimization suggestion
3) LTE/NR CA parameter suggestions
4) Scripts preparation and RFC verification
5) KPI analysis and troubleshooting
6) Weekly technical report preparation
Requirements:
- 5+ years of Radio Network Optimization experience in total (GSM/LTE/NR Huawei Experience is a must)- 1+ years of Radio Network Optimization experience in NR.- Experienced in multicarrier and multi-layer (2G, 4G & 5G) networks- Special tools required:
Mapinfo, Atoll, PRS, U2000, Business object, Romes, TEMS- Team player and Flexible in working hours.
- Well experienced in swap/moderniyation projects.- Good communication skills.- Excellent verbal and written English language skills is a must
Workplace:
Remote from Spain,Hungary,Romania,Czech Republic,Austria. First week onsite.
