* Proven project management experience managing complex, multi-stakeholder initiatives.
* Experience managing RFP processes with Procurement and Business teams.
* Strong stakeholder management skills across business and technical domains.
* Understanding of Agile methodologies and tools (JIRA, Confluence, ServiceNow).
* Excellent communication, documentation, and financial tracking skills.
* Experience with digital marketing or MarTech platforms (CDPs, CRMs, campaign tools).
* Professional proficiency in English.

* Familiarity with tools like Adobe Experience Cloud, Salesforce, or other campaign platforms.
* Experience managing global or regional marketing initiatives.
* Knowledge of data privacy and compliance in customer engagement platforms.

What will you be doing?
* Lead and manage the full RFP lifecycle, including scope finalization, vendor responses, demos, evaluation, scoring, and selection.
* Define and monitor implementation plans, scope, and timelines; support contract negotiations; establish KPIs and success metrics.
* Deliver MarTech solutions in collaboration with Tech Leads, Product Owners, Architects, and Business Analysts.
* Maintain project artifacts, monitor risks, issues, and mitigation plans.
* Coordinate between business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors; align regional/local marketing with global functions.
* Communicate progress, risks, and decisions; participate in Agile ceremonies; manage backlog and sprint planning.
* Support knowledge transfer and onboarding; translate business needs into technical deliverables.
* Manage project financials, including budgeting, PO tracking, and collaborating with Finance and Procurement.
* Ensure documentation compliance and audit readiness throughout project phases.
