# Innovation Consultant (m/f/d) Port LogisticsAlgecirasProfessionalRegularT-Systems Iberia## About this job### Your TaskT-Systems is seeking an **Innovation Consultant specialized in Port Logistics and Project Management** to lead the Technical Innovation Office of a Spanish Port Authority. You will participate in the definition and execution of initiatives that promote the development of the Next Generation Port. You will work at the intersection between business, technology and innovation, collaborating with startups, universities, technology companies and professionals from the logistic-port ecosystem to turn ideas into projects with real impact.**Your mission** is to promote innovation as a strategic business process, leading digital transformation and open innovation projects that improve the competitiveness, sustainability and efficiency of the port ecosystem. You will be a key agent in building a collaborative environment where innovation, talent and technology become competitive advantages for the Port Authority.#### Main Responsibilities**Management of innovation and digital transformation projects*** Lead and coordinate innovation and digital transformation projects from their definition to their implementation* Act as Project Manager and/or Product Owner depending on the nature of the project* Manage scope, planning, risks, costs and monitoring of initiatives* Coordinate multidisciplinary teams and internal and external stakeholders* Define and monitor pilots, MVPs and proofs of concept**Open Innovation and Entrepreneurial Ecosystem*** Identify strategic challenges and opportunities for innovation in the logistic-port field* Perform technological scouting and analysis of emerging trends* Collaborate with startups, scaleups, universities, technology centers and innovative companies* Promote initiatives for co-creation and validation of solutions in real environments* Participate in open innovation, acceleration and entrepreneurship programs**Smart Port and Port Living Lab*** Promote the adoption of emerging technologies with application in port environments* Participate in technological experimentation and validation initiatives under real operating conditions* Contribute to the development of new business models and digital services**Dynamization of the innovation ecosystem*** Facilitate workshops, ideation sessions and collaborative dynamics* Participate in talent attraction and development programs* Contribute to the consolidation of a culture of cross-cutting innovation* Represent the organization at national and international forums, congresses and events### Your ProfileWe are looking for an **Innovation Consultant specialized in Port Logistics and Project Management** with extensive experience in innovation consulting, logistics projects, and digital transformation. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership abilities, strategic thinking, and the capacity to work within open innovation ecosystems.#### Must Have Skills* Higher university degree (Engineering, Bachelor or Degree + Master)* Postgraduate or master's degree training in Innovation and Port Logistics* More than 5 years of experience in innovation consulting* More than 5 years of experience in logistics projects, ports or supply chains* Demonstrable experience in managing innovation and digital transformation projects* Experience working with open innovation ecosystems and public-private collaboration* Experience in drafting proposals, functional documentation and executive reporting* Leadership and influence skills* Ability to communicate and present to different audiences* Orientation to results and business impact* Strategic thinking and systemic vision* Ability to build relationships and generate collaboration* Proactivity, autonomy and entrepreneurial mindset* Professional English (negotiation level)#### Nice to Have Skills* Knowledge of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Lean Startup, Design Thinking)* Open innovation management experience* Knowledge of Smart Ports and logistic digitalization* Experience with European innovation programs* Knowledge of Public Purchase of Innovation (CPI)* Experience with emerging technologies: AI, advanced analytics, IoT, automation, digital twins or data platforms### About Us**T-Systems** is part of the Deutsche Telekom group, with around 30,000 employees worldwide.
