This company is looking for a Logistics Team Leader to join their team.Supply Chain Management (SCM) is the window for Logistics and administrative issues with the affiliates, customer, Head Office and rest of the organization related to deliveriesMain Purpose is ensuring the Customer Satisfaction by assuring good service, and promoting continuous improvement activities, logistics department goals & new projects.At the same time, the department is responsible to keep track of all the supply chain activities through SAP, keep data accuracy and consistency of all the inventory movements.**FORMACIÓN, SISTEMAS INFORMÁTICOS E IDIOMAS**:- Bacherlor on Supply Chain Management or comparable International Trading studies.- SAP Logistics Key User- Strong Process Orientation- EDI- Microsoft office 2010- Fluent English level- Fluent Spanish level- Other European languages advantageous- Driving license- Able to travel both nationally and internationally with overnight stays, sometimes at short notice**TASK**:Customer Logistics**:- Review logistics performance with customers against targets ( SAIS), benchmarks, and service agreements.- Provide support to NISSAN with new customer projects (customer ANPQP- documentation) RFQ support (Customer PDS approval)- Orders fluctuation results & volumes discussion I agreement with customer- Tracking correct levels of stock to be maintained in the CSC according to customer and/or vendor agreed thresholds- Packaging definition support**Administration & Suppy Chain control**:- Monitor/a 3PL performace and cost- Monitor/a tansport performace and cost- Process definition for Logistics activities: CUSTOMER, PLANT, 3PL, TRANSPORTATION.- Support the month end activities with finance and controlling- Comply with Central European Logistics Requirements & support Integral YPMS- Customer cost calculation and negotiation for logistics activities (premium freight, obsolescence responsibility, waiting times, etc.)- Redesign the movement of goods / packaging to maximize value and minimize costs- Logistics cost improvements looking for competitive price from the external warehouse, transports, logistics contracts, etc**COMPETENCIAS Y EXPERIENCIA**:Professionalism, adaptability, control/follow up, problem solving, organisedCapable to motive team towards objectives
