The Opportunity : As Brand Manager, you will drive the execution and lifecycle management of the brand, ensuring successful positioning and market impact. You will work closely with cross-functional teams at local and global levels, translating strategic directions into operational plans to maximize brand performance. You will report to the Commercial Co-Lead and play a key role in executing brand strategy and fostering collaboration.
Hybrid Working : We offer a hybrid working model, allowing flexibility to work from home and in the office in Madrid, Spain, with a minimum of 2 days per week onsite.
Key Responsibilities :
* Participate in Global / Regional Brand meetings to create campaigns, materials, and market access initiatives.
* Develop brand objectives and align KPIs for the local brand team.
* Drive sustainable growth by understanding local markets and enhancing operational efficiency.
* Develop and execute the local Brand Plan, focusing on analytics and performance standards.
* Engage with key local customers and opinion leaders to gather insights and develop services.
Essential Knowledge & Experience :
* End-to-end project management experience.
* Track record in product launches, measurement, and revenue growth.
* Strong customer and patient orientation.
* Proficiency in English and Spanish.
Preferred Experience :
* Experience with global teams.
* Knowledge of Brand Management in the pharmaceutical sector.
* Experience in developing marketing strategies, preferably with Forecasting.
* Background in Urology and Women’s Health brands, with successful product launches and lifecycle management.
Education : Bachelor’s degree or equivalent.
