What are we looking for
The Cosentino team is looking for a Retail Sales Manager for London.
You will be responsible for our strategy and relationship with our clients, ensuring the sales and promotion of our Cosentino products. Acquiring new and maintaining current customers will be part of your responsibilities, as well as understanding what they are looking for to achieve their short- and long-term expectations, ensuring delivery of our best services, generating demand through appropriate care and service to various sales channels: knowledge of the kitchen and stone industry is desirable. Willingness to work with K&B stores, fabricators, and interior designers to generate leads.
*Area to cover: N, E, SE.
What you will do
You will serve as the main point of contact for our clients, helping them reach their goals and maintaining a positive, profitable relationship. Your responsibilities include:
1. Develop and maintain current product knowledge to present to customers.
2. Present and sell company products and services to current and potential clients in remodel, home improvement, cabinet making, building, and fabrication sectors.
3. Responsible for overall sales in the assigned territory.
4. Identify opportunities to maximize the visibility of Cosentino products to generate sales.
5. Promote visits to Cosentino Centers to optimize sales and marketing efforts.
6. Find new points of sale.
7. Ensure customers have marketing materials such as samples, brochures, and display towers.
8. Manage customer relationships by resolving concerns, updating CRM system, providing quotes, scheduling visits, etc.
9. Increase market share by boosting displays and point-of-purchase materials.
10. Plan client visits and determine their frequency based on importance.
11. Build and maintain trust-based relationships with clients.
12. Attend and provide post-sale service.
13. Prepare action plans to target specific clients and contacts.
14. Collaborate with corporate and center staff, and other account managers to meet goals.
15. Work with the General Manager and sales team to execute business strategies for all customer segments.
16. Train on product features and attributes, and deliver relevant marketing tools.
17. Monitor and maintain data in CRM.
What you need to succeed
Required Experience:
* At least 2-3 years in commercial projects.
* Experience with customer databases, Salesforce preferred.
* Stone fabrication or distribution experience.
