Position Overview
The Business Development Manager plays a pivotal role in driving growth by identifying and implementing strategies to expand VT Markets' client base. Key responsibilities include:
* Growth Initiatives
o Identifying new leads for expansion and developing innovative ways to grow businesses through needs analysis within the FX industry.
o Bolstering our network of Introducing Brokers and Partners through targeted business development efforts.
* Client Engagement
o Maintaining close relationships with clients/partners to ensure exceptional customer satisfaction.
o Nurturing your own portfolio of clients and providing timely feedback on their queries.
* Performance Goals
o Achieving and exceeding monthly targets, backed by comprehensive training and support.
Experience Requirements
* A degree or diploma in any field is preferred.
* Previous experience in B2B Forex or CFD Sales or Account Management roles is essential.
* Fluency in English is required; proficiency in French/German and Spanish is considered an asset.
* A minimum of 3-4 years of experience is necessary.
* Access to personal devices suitable for remote work will be required.
