Scrum Master - Data & Integration
to join one of our client-facing teams in collaboration with a major humanitarian organization. If you're passionate about agile practices, driving continuous improvement, and helping tech teams thrive, this role is for you.

Tasks:
Facilitate and lead all Scrum ceremonies:
sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and PI Planning. Coach and support a product team focused on
Data Integration and Master Data Management, helping them self-organize and deliver value consistently. Collaborate closely with Product Owners (POs), Release Train Engineers (RTEs), and stakeholders to align on priorities and delivery goals. Monitor KPIs and team metrics (velocity, burnup, burndown), ensuring continuous improvement in execution and delivery quality. Track timelines, support backlog refinement, manage impediments, and promote realistic planning based on team capacity. Contribute to fostering a culture of agility across the organization and share practices through a
Scrum Master Community of Practice. Ensure alignment with
SAFe
methodology and support inter-team coordination within global Technology & Information (T&I) teams.
Profile:
3-5 years of experience
as a Scrum Master, preferably in large-scale agile environments (SAFe, Scrum, or similar). Certified Scrum Master -
Scrum and Agile certifications
required (SAFe certification is a strong plus). Degree in IT or related field from a recognized university. Experience with Azure DevOps and outsourced (nearshore) development teams is a plus. Familiarity with
ITIL
and
Data Management practices
is an advantage. Fluent in
English
(French is a plus or good understanding required). Strong leadership, communication, and facilitation skills. Adaptable, collaborative, and results-driven, with the ability to coordinate across diverse teams and stakeholders.
