Aspen Business Solutions Inc. (JG Summit and Affiliates Shared Services), the Philippines’ first multi-function, multi-industry shared service, was formed in 2013 to centralize common transactions across JG Summit Conglomerate (e.g. Cebu Pacific, Robinsons Land, Robinsons Retail, Universal Robina Corporation).
As a world-class center for Procurement, Human Resources, Treasury, and Controllership services, JG Summit and Affiliates Shared Services delivers to its internal clients professional output for supplier delivery monitoring, bank account reconciliation, employee benefit administration, timekeeping, payroll, and payment processing. Shared Services enables the JG Summit conglomerate to focus on building the business by converging similar functions across business units to yield reduced costs, increased productivity, and excellent client service.
Now, we are currently in need of:
* Graduates of BSBA Major in Human Resources Development Management, Business Management, and Psychology.
* Fresh graduates are highly encouraged to apply.
* Qualified candidates may be assigned in Company Benefits Administration/ HRIS
* Knowledgeable in Excel and SAP is an edge
* With above-average to excellent written and verbal communication skills
* Ability to analyze trends and data
* Background in ticketing tool (ServiceNow/Zendesk, etc.) is a plus
This position is responsible for the timely and accurate completion of various in-scope transactions given clearly defined procedures. This may include one or any combination (not ALL) of the following:
* HMO and GLI administration
* Booking
* Ticketing
* Exit management
* Government transactions (SSS, PhilHealth, PagIbig & BIR).
