In this Senior Category Manager role, you will strategically source Base Building Maintenance Services for the MEU network, with Germany as a primary focus, and contribute to global initiatives. You’ll lead cross-functional sourcing programs, negotiate with suppliers, and drive cost ownership and sustainability targets. The role emphasizes delivering savings, improving productivity, and building market intelligence to inform stakeholders. You’ll work with internal teams and suppliers to deploy services at scale in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

• Establish category sourcing strategies and lead cross-functional sourcing teams
• Negotiate with suppliers and execute contracts to optimize cost and competitiveness
• Manage category suppliers to identify, monitor, and optimize opportunities
• Provide market intelligence and inform key stakeholders on category opportunities
• Drive supplier relationship management to mitigate risk and improve performance
• Identify, achieve and report savings and sustainability targets
• Align with internal customers and understand business application of the category
• Build category metrics to track xpzdshu performance, analyze savings vs plan, and escalate issues
Responsabilidades
• Bachelor's degree
• Knowledge of Excel at an intermediate level
• Experience in supply chain
• Experience leading large and complex negotiations
• Experience working cross-functionally with tech and non-tech teams
• Experience using data and metrics to drive improvements
