We are looking for a Fullstack Developer (Pyhton/ React) for a project we are managing for a U.S.-based client. The position is open to all of Latin America, although proficiency in Spanish and English at B2/C1 level is mandatory.
The working hours would follow CST (Central Standard Time).
Role Responsibilities
* Develop and maintain full-stack applications with a focus on performance, scalability, and reliability.
* Build and optimize backend services using Python (FastAPI, Flask) and integrate AI models and APIs.
* Design and implement frontend interfaces using modern JavaScript frameworks like React, Vue.js, or Next.js.
* Manage cloud infrastructure and deploy applications on AWS, Google Cloud, or Azure (Azure preferred).
* Utilize Terraform or similar tools for Infrastructure as Code (IaC) to manage cloud resources.
* Optimize databases and data storage solutions using PostgreSQL or similar relational databases.
* Work cross-functionally with product managers, AI engineers, and UX designers to bring AI-driven applications to market.
* Implement CI/CD pipelines to streamline development and deployment processes.
* Ensure security best practices are followed in application architecture and development.
* Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI/ML technologies and recommend their adoption where applicable.
* Maintain best practices in software engineering.
Essential Requirements
The key is to have solid experience in React (preferably NextJS), Python for backend, and LLMs.
* 4 years Front-End JavaScript (preferred framework: NextJS, or React, Vue.js)
* 2 years TypeScript
* Proficiency in backend Python development (FastAPI, Flask) for LLMs
* Strong API development experience, including integrating AI models into production systems
* Deployment in CSPs (Azure preferred, or AWS, Google)
* PostgreSQL or similar. Optimize DB and storage
* Proficiency in HTML/CSS and Git version control
* Experience with state management libraries such as Redux
* Experience with ML (at least 1): Azure preferred, Google Cloud, AWS, and React applications
* Familiarity with LLMs and AI frameworks such as LangChain and LangGraph is highly desirable
* Familiarity with Terraform or similar infrastructure management tools
* Agile: Solid understanding of methodologies and experience
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
