What You Will Be Doing
- Sourcing and attracting candidates through job portals, databases, social media platforms, LinkedIn, and other channels.
- Creating visibility for our vacancies through engaging job advertisements and social media campaigns.
- Screening and interviewing candidates via phone and video calls.
- Matching Danish-speaking candidates with exciting international career opportunities.
- Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, including candidate presentations, interview coordination, and follow-up.
- Building strong relationships with both candidates and clients.
- Working closely with colleagues and managers in an international environment.
To Be Successful in This Role, You
- Are self-driven and able to work efficiently both independently and in teams.
- Are fluent in Danish (written and spoken).
- Are driven to hunt and search for talented candidates that match client needs using different portals and social media tools.
- Enjoy speaking with candidates on phone/video interviews and asking the right questions to identify the perfect match between candidate and client.
- Are target-driven and have experience and passion for sales and service, working with daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPIs.
- Are passionate at work and have a positive mindset and drive.
- Have excellent interpersonal skills.
- Are solution-oriented, proactive, and have a can-do attitude.
- Are already based in Malaga or willing to relocate to our Malaga office.
