Hello!

At Factorial we're looking for a new Demand Generation Executive for the Italian Market to help us support and scale our Marketing team to the next level. As part of the team in charge of driving pipeline growth through integrated demand generation initiatives, you'll be in charge of designing and executing campaigns that generate qualified leads, managing marketing initiatives, and contributing directly to sales pipeline growth.

What you'll do

  • Develop and execute a demand generation strategy for the Italian market across multiple channels.
  • Plan and manage campaigns including events, email marketing, webinars, and co-marketing initiatives.
  • Create and adapt marketing materials ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and messaging.
  • Manage relationships with partners and support co-marketing activities to drive pipeline growth.
  • Collaborate with Sales teams to align on ICP, messaging, and lead quality.
  • Monitor campaign performance and optimize initiatives based on data and insights.
  • Manage budgets, timelines, and external vendors to ensure successful execution of marketing activities.
  • Support end-to-end funnel performance from awareness to qualified opportunity generation.
  • Contribute ideas to improve demand generation processes and overall marketing effectiveness.

What are we looking for?

  • 3–5 years of experience in demand generation, growth marketing, or B2B marketing roles.
  • Native Italian speaker and professional English (Spanish is a plus).
  • Strong project management and organizational skills.
  • Experience running multi-channel marketing campaigns (events, email, digital, partnerships).
  • Data-driven mindset with ability to measure and optimize campaign performance.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to work in fast-paced, high-growth environments.
  • Proactive, hands-on, and solution-oriented approach.
  • Experience collaborating closely with Sales teams to drive pipeline impact.

Nice to have:

  • Experience in B2B SaaS or tech environments.
  • Familiarity with HubSpot or similar CRM/marketing automation tools.
  • Previous customer-facing or commercial experience.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to manage external partners.
