We are looking for a highly energetic and passionate Business Development Representative (BDR) to join our sales team and play a critical role in expanding our presence in the DACH market. Must be a German speaker.
As a BDR, you’ll be the first point of contact for future customers, sparking interest and opening doors for our Account Executives to close.
This role goes beyond lead generation. You’ll be a trusted advisor—someone who thrives in ambiguity, takes ownership of outcomes, and moves fast to create impact. Your responsibilities include reaching out to prospects, qualifying inbound interest, and uncovering real business needs to connect them to our platform’s value.
You’ll be part of an international, collaborative, high-energy team that values curiosity, ownership, and continuous improvement. Your insights will help shape our growth strategies, and our hybrid working model allows flexible scheduling and location choices.
What You'll Do
Own the top of the sales funnel:
identify and engage potential customers through outbound prospecting (calls, emails, LinkedIn) and qualify inbound leads efficiently.
Build meaningful conversations with stakeholders, often up to C-level, understanding their challenges and connecting them to Lucanet’s platform.
Collaborate with Account Executives for smooth handovers and contribute to pipeline growth by arranging meetings.
Utilize tools like Salesloft, Salesforce, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to manage outreach, track activities, and maintain CRM hygiene.
Share insights to refine messaging and improve targeting, helping shape our go-to-market strategy.
Embrace feedback, coaching, and experimentation to grow and improve continuously.
What You Bring
A foundation for a career in sales, demonstrated through academic achievement, early professional experience, or interest in commercial roles.
Success in executing strategic outbound campaigns.
Excellent communication skills in German and English, with the ability to build trust with stakeholders, including C-level executives.
