Who are we looking for?

We are seeking an Account Manager in Valencia, Alicante, or Castellon to join our team! Who are you?

* You can identify and generate new business opportunities through outside sales activities, including cold calls, prospecting, relationship building, and client retention.
* You stay informed about changes in competitors and market drivers.
* You ensure strategy plans are finalized and that the company secures project opportunities in your region.

What will you be doing?

* Developing existing accounts by building relationships and conducting site visits.
* Acquiring new customers by developing your area.
* Collaborating with the Customer Service Team.
* Participating in company presentations and technical discussions.
* Forecasting competitor costs and strategies, including capabilities and execution philosophies.

Who are You?

You are a fluent Spanish speaker with good English communication skills and are eager to travel. You are motivated by talent development, market growth, and overall success. You have experience negotiating and crafting complex deal structures that benefit all parties. You are driven, passionate, and eager to join a growing team.

What competencies will you need?

* Driver's license group B.
* University degree (chemical engineer or similar).
* B2B selling experience in electroplating, aluminum (metallurgy), metalworking fluids, lubrication, and/or related industries.
