Location: Spain or Italy Reports to: Manager Project Delivery, IND, Europe What You'll Be Doing As a Project Manager, you'll take ownership of complex industrial projects from start to finish. Your mission will be to ensure timely, cost-effective, and high-quality delivery while maintaining strong customer relationships and technical leadership. Key Responsibilities: Lead high-complexity projects using Grundfos systems and processes Coordinate on-site activities with customers and subcontractors Manage project scope, schedule, resources, costs, and risks Ensure compliance with contracts, QA/QC, Health & Safety, and performance standards Act as the main technical and customer-facing contact throughout the project lifecycle Support proposal teams with project evaluations and risk assessments Report on project financials and compile lessons learned Oversee logistics and workshop activities when needed Collaborate with Finance to ensure timely payments What You'll Bring Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering and Project Management Minimum 5 years of experience in a similar role within a large international company Fluent in English, Spanish and/ or Italian ; other European languages are a plus Proven track record of delivering complex technical projects on time and within budget Strong technical knowledge of pumps, dosing, and disinfection systems Experience in contract management and cross-functional project coordination Familiarity with CRM, SAP PS/BW, MS Office, project management tools, and CAD Excellent communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills Analytical mindset and ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment Willingness to travel as part of the role Why Grundfos?
