Job responsibilities
The Project Management Intern will apply and complement theoretical knowledge, develop professional skills, and gain practical experience through participation, collaboration, and support in the following functions and tasks:
- Collaborate on Briefing Review and Refinement: Support Project Managers and key stakeholders in the initial review and refinement of incoming briefings, learning the process of adapting requirements and identifying objectives.
- Assist in Task Planning and Organization: Help the team in planning, assigning, and scheduling briefings within the studio team's workload, understanding how resources are managed and workflows are optimized.
- Monitor Project Workflows: Collaborate in tracking project workflows to ensure timely and accurate delivery, identifying potential deviations, learning how to communicate them, and proposing initial solutions.
- Support Daily Administrative Tasks: Assist with various day-to-day administrative tasks as needed, gaining fundamental experience in project operational organization and management.
- Organize and Manage Project Assets: Actively contribute to the organization and management of all project assets (documentation, materials, etc.), developing essential skills in information structuring and documentation.
- Provide General Support to Project Managers: Offer proactive assistance to Project Managers in various tasks, facilitating their daily work and learning directly from their experience.
- Participate in Specific Projects under Supervision: Have the opportunity to take on responsibilities in specific projects, under the guidance and supervision of an experienced Project Manager, to develop initial leadership and management skills.

PROFILE NEEDED
- MAIN STUDIES: Degree in Business, Finance, Business Administration or related field.
- LANGUAGES: Spanish & English Fluent (min. C1).
- IT TOOLS: Proficiency in Microsoft 365 (mainly Excel and Power Point)
- AVAILABILITY: For an immediate incorporation.
- IMPORTANT: Must be eligible to sign a 6-month internship agreement through an official university, full-time.
