WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️
* Professional proficiency in both French and English (spoken and written)
* Previous experience in IT incident management or a similar support role
* Strong communication and problem-solving skills
* Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment
* Familiarity with ITIL processes and service management tools is a plus
* Customer-oriented mindset and ability to manage priorities under pressure
* Spanish would be a nice to have
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
* Act as the primary point of contact for IT incidents, ensuring timely resolution and communication
* Monitor, record, and track incidents using IT service management tools
* Coordinate with technical teams to diagnose and resolve issues efficiently
* Communicate incident status and updates to stakeholders and end-users in both French and English
* Escalate complex incidents to appropriate teams while maintaining ownership until resolution
* Analyze incident trends and provide recommendations for process improvements
* Ensure compliance with service level agreements (SLAs) and internal procedures
