Senior IT Project Manager / IT Program Manager

You are a natural leader with a strategic mindset, dedicated to fostering collaboration and innovation, leveraging your team's skills to drive project success.You possess strong analytical skills and can interpret complex management data effectively.What does your day-to-day look like?The Project / Program Manager will oversee strategic and complex projects, from inception to closure, ensuring alignment with company standards and methodologies such as Agile and DevOps.Manage project financials, status reports, change management, governance, roles, and stakeholder communication.Ensure adherence to architectural, data, safety, and quality standards.Deploy and implement solutions supporting company goals.Responsibilities include :
* Engage teams across functions to ensure active involvement and seamless deployment.Define and monitor project scope, budget, and schedule within quality and functional constraints.Identify dependencies, manage risks, and resolve issues collaboratively.Lead Project Steering Committees and coordinate project streams.Prepare tailored reports with KPIs for stakeholders.Support business readiness, deployment, adoption, and post-go-live support.Ensure project alignment with methodologies and standards.Facilitate retrospectives and share lessons learned.Your ProfileSkills and ExperienceMinimum 10 years in Project / Program management, preferably in large / international projects.Knowledge of Process design and Systems Architecture.Experience with Agile frameworks;
