Position Overview
We are looking for an Operations Manager to lead and optimize our daily operations, ensuring efficiency, quality, and execution. This role enhances and elevates the employee and customer experience through best-in-class operational optimization and implementation for the store.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
Responsibilities
* Lead daily operations ensuring compliance with KPIs and quality standards.
* Analyze operational data to identify opportunities, solve issues, and propose improvements.
* Optimize processes to enhance productivity and reduce costs.
* Manage and develop teams, fostering collaboration, efficiency and professional growth.
* Manage cash management processes and controls, ensure compliance with legal requirements
* Collaborate with P&D, payroll, AP, facilities and other departments on joint initiatives.
* Ensure compliance with internal policies, legal requirements, and safety standards.
Competencies
* Ability to interpret metrics, dashboards, and data insights (advanced Excel)
* Experience with Workday, SCOUT, RFID, WFM and operational platforms.
* Ability to lead digitalization initiatives and drive adoption.
* Use of AI tools for analysis, reporting, or process efficiency.
