What You’ll Do
* Collaborate with the Concept Artist to build and refine high‑quality game assets, including backgrounds, characters, icons, and logos.
* Independently develop impactful technical research to empower art builds and workflows.
* Assist in managing projects and help delegate tasks among team members.
* Ensure that the team's work meets high technical standards and aligns with the desired style and quality.
* Produce quick technical viability tests for complex effects and builds.
* Communicate ideas and concepts effectively with other teams and collaborators.
* Participate in creative brainstorms and discussions at a feature level.
* Provide constructive feedback and mentorship to junior artists.
What We’re Looking For
* 5+ years of experience in game art or related fields.
* Consistent track record of crafting high‑quality game assets.
* Deep knowledge of mobile games and appreciation of building and game mechanics.
* Strong communication skills and the ability to represent your team to executive leadership.
* Passion for games and interest in what makes a game visually appealing.
* Ability to work independently for extended periods with support from the lead.
* Experience in producing technical research to improve art designs and workflows.
* Experience in managing projects and assigning tasks.
* Comfortable with exposing work at any stage and participating in build critiques.
* Ability to provide feedback and mentorship to non‑senior artists.
