As Streamlead (m / f / d) of the SAP Test Management sub-project in an international S / 4HANA greenfield implementation you will be responsible for the management and coordination of all activities in test management. Through your strategic and operational responsibility you will make a significant contribution to the success of the project. Location
Please note that the working location for this position will be in Madrid city centre where we are currently setting up a new office location. Until the office is fully set-up within the next few months you will have the possibility to work flexibly from home-office and continue with a hybrid working model. This position is not fully remote; an onsite presence will be required once our office location is ready.

Strategic planning and implementation : Head of the SAP Test Management sub-project within the international S / 4HANA Greenfield implementation
Management and overall responsibility : Coordination of services throughout implementation and roll-out including progress monitoring and weekly status reports to ensure project quality
Test strategy development : Development and implementation of the test strategy including the selection and configuration of test tools
Quality management : maintaining developing and ensuring compliance with test guidelines
Test management : Responsibility for test processes and quality assurance in close coordination with the implementation partners
Monitoring and reporting : Tracking and monitoring of test progress at all test levels and creation of reports and decision papers
Promoting a positive corporate culture : ensuring an appreciative and supportive working environment and building a team that is goal-oriented motivated and customer-focused
Contributing your strengths : your qualifications
You are a committed manager with a degree in business informatics computer science or a comparable qualification and several years of experience as a test manager in SAP implementation projects. Your expertise includes the development and implementation of test strategies the use of Tricentis JIRA and Confluence as well as the management of global test management sub-projects. You have strong communication skills an affinity for IT analytical thinking and initiative
Professional experience : Several years of experience as a test manager in SAP implementation projects ideally with a global and complex project scope and leadership experience
Technicalknow-how : Experience in the planning and execution of SAP test environments profound knowledge in the use of Tricentis as well as advanced expertise in the use of JIRA and Confluence to efficiently support project and test management processes
Strong communication skills and intercultural competence : Excellent communication and teamwork skills as well as initiative
Languages : Proficient in English is required; knowledge of German is an advantage
