Steelmaking, Casting & Scrap Area is one of the Global R&D; Spain areas aligned with ArcelorMittal objectives to ensure tomorrow steel production, focused on new green routes, scrap optimized uses, new technologies and solutions for electric routes as well as improving steel processes through global research projects.
**Who are looking for**
ArcelorMittal Integral R&D; is looking for Researchers, Industrial or Mining Engineers (any expertise), with proactivity, learning capacity and team working spirit. It is also positive to have knowledge on steelmaking and EAF routes to support steelmaking, casting & scrap team in the field of green steel production. R&D; Projects will be related to EAF and new process optimization.This profile will be involded in the description of technical functionalities, development and implementation of R&D; solutions under industrial environment and with close contact with other ArcelorMittal Researchers under international scope.
This research engineer will be involved in steel process transformation, leading projects and giving support to ArcelorMittal plants for implementing the most suitable solutions. This person will also interact with the whole ArcelorMittal community as well as external partners (universities, technical centers, suppliers).
**What we will need**
- **Education**:Master in Industrial Engineering or Mining Engineering.
- **Minimun requirements**:Technical profile with high level of interest in new technologies. Competencies on steel production routes and material sciences.
- **Languages**:High level English and Spanish.
