**Key responsibilities of the role**
Managing the faults of Integral Network operations
Performing SSR and small projects for the customers
- Attending technical meetings and discussions with the customers_
Being available for occasional interventions and on-call outside of normal service hours
Ability to manage tasks in Preventive Operation; Managing incidents of this level, request and change management
