About The Role
1. Our Digital Technology (DT) HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) team, composed of 8 people, is integrated in the Digital Technology department and focuses on EHS & Sustainability applications in collaboration with Functions and GBUs (Global Business Units).
2. As an IT HSE Specialist, you will lead the implementation, configuration, and support of SAP EHS solutions, with a particular focus on Product Safety and Industrial Hygiene functionalities. You will contribute to ensuring business continuity and expanding our portfolio solutions to enhance operational efficiency and regulatory compliance.
Responsibilities
* Provide support and maintenance for SAP EHS applications, including troubleshooting, mentoring support teams, and resolving incidents to minimize disruptions.
* Lead project implementations focused on Product Safety and Industrial Hygiene, including workshops, testing, deployment, and training.
* Configure and customize SAP EHS modules to meet business and regulatory needs.
* Develop and deliver training for end-users.
* Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and design solutions.
* Drive continuous improvement initiatives based on user feedback and system data.
About You
* Degree in IT or related field, with at least 5 years of experience in SAP EHS projects and support.
* Proficiency in SAP EH&S modules, including Product Safety and Industrial Hygiene functionalities.
* Skills in system customization, ABAP/WWI development, and project management.
* Excellent communication, problem-solving, and proactive skills.
Pay and Benefits
* Competitive salary range: €46,720 to €58,400 annually, with potential for higher based on experience.
