WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
En Rhenus Logistics, buscamos incorporar un/a Operations Coordinator para nuestra delegación de Valencia, cuya misión principal será coordinar y supervisar las operaciones de los departamentos de Almacén, Distribución y Tráfico, garantizando la eficiencia, el cumplimiento normativo y la calidad en el servicio prestado.
Responsabilidades Principales:
- Coordinar y supervisar las áreas operativas de Almacén, Distribución Nacional y Tráfico de cargas parciales.
- Asegurar la correcta ejecución de los procesos logísticos, conforme a los estándares de calidad y plazos establecidos.
- Controlar y optimizar los costes operativos mensuales, ajustándose a los presupuestos definidos.
- Supervisar y analizar los resultados operativos mediante herramientas digitales, proponiendo acciones de mejora continua.
- Impulsar la eficiencia operativa fomentando la autonomía del equipo en la resolución de incidencias.
- Participar activamente en la organización del equipo, aportando liderazgo, visión estratégica y seguimiento constante.
Tareas Específicas:
- Coordinar y distribuir las tareas entre los distintos equipos operativos.
- Dar seguimiento al rendimiento individual y colectivo, ofreciendo feedback y guía cuando sea necesario.
- Asegurar el cumplimiento de los objetivos diarios y mensuales de operación.
- Colaborar en la formación y bienvenida de nuevos integrantes del equipo.
- Detectar y resolver posibles desviaciones en el servicio, aportando soluciones proactivas.
Requisitos del Puesto:
- Experiencia en funciones similares dentro del sector logístico o transporte terrestre.
- Conocimientos sólidos en gestión de equipos operativos y coordinación de procesos logísticos.
- Dominio de herramientas informáticas y entornos digitales (ERP logísticos, Excel, etc.).
- Alto nivel de organización, proactividad y liderazgo.
- Conocimiento de normativas de transporte y seguridad aplicables.
- Valorable: nivel intermedio de inglés.
