SCIB is looking for an **Infrastructure Debt Advisory VP**, based in our Boadilla del Monte office.

**WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING?**
As a Infrastructure Debt Advisory VP, you will lead and execute Structured Finance (Infrastructure and Transportation) transactions across Europe and LatAm.
We need someone like you to help us in different fronts:
- Lead the execution of debt advisory mandates across the different sectors in Europe and LatAm
- Financial modelling and technical analysis
- Manage the conversations with the different stakeholders (Sponsors, Investors, Lenders, Rating Agencies, Lawyers, etc.)
- Legal documentation negotiation (Term Sheet and long-form documentation)
- Supervise and mentor team's junior members
- Marketing efforts within the relevant sectors
EXPERIENCE
- More than 7 years of relevant experience in top tier firms in Structured
- Finance, Financial Advisory (Debt Advisory or M&A;), Investment department, Debt fund or similar.
EDUCATION
- Economics, Business Administration degree, engineering or similar. Desirable MBA or Msc in Finance or similar
SKILLS & KNOWLEDGE
- Commited hard worker
- Financial Modelling
- Languages: Spanish (fluent), English (fluent); French / Italian / German is a plus
- Negotiation skills
- Project risk assesment and mitigation
