Hikmicro was Hikvision's Thermal Imaging department and is now a standalone subsidiary. It inherits Hikvision's strong R&D team and engineering resources, dedicated to providing partners with state-of-the-art, high-quality products.
The Business Development Manager for Hunting and Outdoor Market should have extensive knowledge of hunting and basic experience in electronics. A licensed hunter is highly preferred. The main role is to develop the hunting market by building relationships with Distributors, Dealer Shops, and End Users.
Key attributes include: strong business sense, being a hunter, social media proficiency (Instagram/Facebook) with high followers, retail experience, integrity, trustworthiness, honesty, enthusiasm, and responsibility. English proficiency is required, along with excellent communication and negotiation skills.
The Business Development Manager acts as an ambassador for Hikvision, responsible for:
- Developing the hunting market, conducting dealer/shop visits, promoting the brand, organizing display instructions, activities, events, relationship building, market research, and surveys.
- Identifying business opportunities and growth points.
- Addressing dealer and end-user pain points and support needs.
- Presenting solutions to potential customers.
- Supporting marketing activities at trade shows, conferences, and events.
- Collaborating with regional sales teams.
- Lobbying in associations and interest groups.
- Assisting consultants with project specifications.
- Positioning HikMicro as the preferred product for consultants.
- Preparing reports for management.
Your profile should include proven negotiation skills at the corporate level, openness to working in a multicultural environment, self-driven ambition, strong English communication skills (oral and written), and experience with Salesforce CRM is a plus.
