Main Responsibilities: To translate business demands into functional specifications and user stories. To collaborate with stakeholders to ensure that Order Manager capabilities meet business and regulatory expectations. To define and oversee the integration of Order Manager with Passenger Service Systems (PSS). To facilitate workshops, requirement gathering sessions, and stakeholder interviews. To provide support for testing, validation, and change management processes. To offer guidance and mentorship to junior business analysts. Required Skills and Qualifications: Prolonged experience as a Business Analyst in the airline industry. Strong knowledge of IATA NDC and One Order standards. Experience with Order Manager platforms and PSS systems. A proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage stakeholder expectations. Excellent analytical, communication, and documentation skills. Preferred Qualifications: Experience in airline retailing transformation projects. Understanding of XML/JSON messaging standards used in NDC. Knowledge of airline revenue accounting and settlement processes.
