At G+D Mobile Security, a world leader in secure telecommunications systems, we are looking for a Finance Controller to support our Finance Hub setup and pilot rollout, focusing on controlling, reporting and process standardization.
Your Responsibilities:
1. Financial Controlling & Reporting
1. Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports (Actual vs Budget, Forecast, prior year)
2. Identify key variances, trends, and performance drivers
2. Data & Process Excellence
3. Consolidate and validate data from multiple entities, ensuring accuracy and consistency
4. Develop and improve standardized reports, templates and KPIs
5. Support process documentation and harmonization
6. Contribute to data quality improvements and transparency
3. Pilot Execution & Stakeholder Collaboration
7. Support execution of pilot processes and transition activities into the Hub
8. Work closely with HQ and local finance teams to validate outputs and ensure alignment
9. Provide insights and recommendations to support business decisions
10. Contribute to continuous improvement and scaling of successful pilots
Your Profile:
11. University degree in Business Administration, Economics or a related field
12. 3-5 years of experience in financial controlling or similar roles (preferably in a technological or project-driven environment)
13. Strong analytical skills and ability to work independently with a results-oriented mindset
14. Advanced Excel and PowerBI skills for reporting and data analysis are required
15. Fluent in English (written and spoken) for communication with international teams
16. Proactive attitude, organizational skills, and ability to collaborate effectively within a team
