For our office in Torremolinos (Málaga) we are looking for an experienced Italian Business Development Manager who will actively support our young and dynamic team on site.We work Monday to Thursday, 9am to 5pm - no Fridays or weekend work.**What you should bring with you**- Native Italian speaker- 1 year experience in a similar position- They contribute positively to promoting and supporting the growth of the company- Researching business opportunities and viable income streams- Creating offers and proposals and proactively driving business opportunities through to implementation- Preparation of offers and proposals in line with the acceptable business model agreed by the company- presentation skills- CRM and pipeline maintenance- Proactively seeking to upsell products and services across all communication platforms- Collaborate with Colleagues - Reintroduce customers who have cancelled their membership as occasional or regular users, understanding and addressing concerns/reasons for leaving- Proactively communicating with past clients who have received an offer and targeting suitable new companies to find additional offers and account opening opportunities- Maintaining a close relationship with new business customers and customer services to ensure customer retention and business relationship development through the development of growth strategies and plans- Carrying out any other duties not mentioned above which may be reasonably required of a director of the Company**what you will get**- Spanish contract- Excellent earning potential with a generous commission structure- Ongoing training and an excellent onboarding program- A clear career path that ensures you achieve your career goals- 4 days work week- Base salary up to - 2000 euros per month plus unlimited commission.
