Sales Manager – Iberia

What You Will Do:
- Drive growth of distributors, installers, and key accounts across Iberia.
- Develop and execute business growth plans and market strategies.
- Coordinate customer trainings, marketing programs, and product introductions (NPI).
- Conduct customer visits and report all activities in Caesar CRM.
- Monitor market trends and take proactive actions to stay ahead.
What We Are Looking For:
- Experience: Minimum 3 years in distribution channel management
- Experience in Industrial or High Purity Gas Control & Installation markets, with proven target achievements.
- University degree
- Skills: Build trustful relationships, negotiate effectively, collaborate in cross-functional teams.
- Technical Knowledge: Gas control distribution networks and devices.
- Language: Local language + fluent in English.
- Mobility: Frequent travel; valid driving license.
- Soft Skills: Communication, time management, network building, empathy, critical thinking, proactivity, self-awareness.
