About the Role
The Electrophysiology Field Clinical Specialist promotes and supports the company’s electrophysiology products, including Farapulse and Opal HDx, through education of current and potential customers. The role is responsible for day‑to‑day field execution and clinical‑technical support.
Responsibilities
* Commercial Support: Serve as primary resource for clinical support, assisting physicians performing arrhythmia cases in the electrophysiology lab with our systems.
* Assist in the education of customers on the merits and proper clinical usage of company products by participating in presentations and demonstrations.
* Collaborate with Sales Representatives to meet existing and potential clients, identifying their clinical needs, goals, and constraints and demonstrating how company products can help achieve those goals.
* Co‑develop clinical and technical support documentation for tenders.
* Start developing business relationships with hospital personnel through meetings, conferences, and other engagements.
* Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and service by developing creative, feasible solutions in collaboration with sales, clinical, research, marketing, and technical support teams.
* Clinical Trial Support: Manage and provide technical support for clinical trial activity within the assigned territory, supporting site authorization and study procedures as defined in the clinical investigational plan.
* Provide initial and continuous training and support for clinical center personnel on protocol, process, product, and procedural aspects of ongoing investigations.
Qualifications
* Native speaking level or proficiency in Spanish and good English level (B2 or higher).
* Approximately 1‑2 years of experience in electrophysiology; CRM experience is valued.
* Commercial attitude and strong communication skills.
* Team player with empathy and the ability to relate with diverse stakeholders.
* Eager to learn and develop leadership skills.
* Willingness to travel as needed and ready to drive daily.

Location
Based in either Málaga or Granada, Spain, with a remote‑working schedule.
