The Opportunity
Working across high-performing Agile squads, you’ll be embedded in the software delivery lifecycle from day one. Your goal? Champion quality — from creating robust automated test frameworks to influencing architectural changes and ensuring continuous improvement in testing practices.
This is not a role for someone looking to maintain the status quo. You’ll have the autonomy to shape test plans, work hands-on with tools like Cypress, Playwright, and JavaScript/C#, and contribute to both greenfield and legacy product areas including microservices and on-premise deployments.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Collaborate with QA, developers, and product owners to ensure high-quality releases
- Identify quality risks and proactively manage the bug backlog for your assigned team
- Drive technical improvements in testing tools and frameworks
- Work with asynchronous and synchronous systems across microservices-based architectures
- Support user-centric testing strategies and maintain test plans linked to Agile stories
What You’ll Bring
- 4+ years in Quality Engineering, including strong automation experience
- Strong coding skills in Java, JavaScript, or C#
- Hands-on with tools like Cypress or Playwright
- Experience working on SaaS platforms, particularly in Agile and microservices environments
- A solid understanding of different testing methodologies and automation types
- Comfortable working independently and showing initiative within technical teams
- Excellent communication in English and a proactive, collaborative mindset
