Your responsibilities
* Collections and claims management: Manage collections processes for contractual breaches, including financial penalties and asset recovery.
* Contact delinquent clients through various channels (email, phone, formal communications).
* Track overdue payments and unreturned assets, keeping each case fully updated.
* Propose improvements to internal collections processes to increase efficiency and recovery rates.
* Collaboration with Legal team: Coordinate with the Legal department on complex cases to ensure regulatory compliance.
* Support extrajudicial claims and assist in documentation and procedural management.
Reporting & analysis
* Maintain clear records of all cases and generate follow-up reports.
* Analyze payment default patterns and propose preventive or corrective actions.
Client negotiation and communication
* Maintain professional relationships with clients to maximize recovery of amounts owed and assets.
* Apply negotiation skills to resolve cases effectively, minimizing financial and legal risk.
Must-have requirements
* Previous experience in collections, debt recovery, or overdue payments management.
* Knowledge and experience in extrajudicial claims.
* Problem-solving mindset, high pressure tolerance, and strong negotiation skills.
* Experience in credit, financing, or collections companies is a plus (Cofidis, financial institutions, leasing companies, etc.).
Nice-to-have
* Experience in recovering physical assets (IT equipment or similar).
* Ability to implement improvements in workflows and management processes.
