Aernnova is strengthening its team of IT Infrastructure Technicians!
What we expect from you:
* Define, install, maintain, and support the company's technological infrastructures and systems, ensuring deadlines, quality, cost, and customer service standards.
* Administer and maintain physical and virtual infrastructures (servers, networks, storage) in hybrid environments (on-premise and cloud).
* Troubleshoot complex issues related to networks, operating systems, hardware, and software.
* Monitor systems and networks proactively to ensure service continuity.
* Configure and maintain switches, routers, firewalls, and VPNs; diagnose connectivity and performance issues.
* Implement security policies, manage patches, control access, and participate in cybersecurity audits.
* Administer backup solutions and disaster recovery plans.
* Draft and maintain technical documentation, operational procedures, and user manuals.
* Participate actively in deployment, migration, or infrastructure improvement projects.
* Coordinate with hardware vendors and service providers for issue resolution and warranty management.
Requirements:
* Degree in Computer Engineering, Telecommunications, or related field.
* Over 2 years of experience.
* High proficiency in English.
* Experience in IT systems administration.
* Knowledge of cybersecurity.
