At Factorial, we're seeking a new Account Manager for the Spanish Market to help us elevate the company to the next level.
The Role
We are looking for an Account Manager in the Spanish Market to join our Customer Experience team. Your role will involve acting as a consultant to existing customers, increasing client satisfaction, retaining a specific portfolio of clients, building long-term relationships, understanding their processes and challenges, and identifying opportunities for product improvements and upselling.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Build strong client relationships through regular communication, understanding their requirements, and providing product updates.
2. Serve as the main point of contact for clients' needs and goals, ensuring a positive experience.
3. Identify and pursue upsell opportunities to enhance client satisfaction and add value.
4. Proactively analyze your portfolio to inform decision-making and action plans.
5. Report on trends and potential issues to improve customer journeys and our product.
6. Collaborate with Sales, CX, Product, Engineering, and Finance teams to meet company goals.
7. Demonstrate strategic thinking and organizational skills.
8. Be comfortable with technology and data analysis.
9. Manage customer portfolios (B2B) with at least 1 year of experience.
10. Experience in SaaS environments is a plus.
11. Excellent communication skills and empathy are essential.
12. Ability to multitask, solve problems, and work well in a team.
13. Proactive attitude and innovative ideas.
14. Experience handling churn and retention cases.
15. Experience with upselling and working with KPIs.
16. Proficiency in Spanish and professional English is required.
